everything in between. Mod-U-Kraf offers engineering expertise to accommodate accessible housing requirements to fit individual needs. We currently offer more than 70 standard plans that are adaptable to structural and optional changes to meet whatever your family needs may be. Additionally, around 30% of our homes are custom designed.
Our 'Projects Division' consists of multi-family housing and commercial buildings up to four stories. We use systems-built technology to engineer multi-family housing, residence halls, condominiums, medical clinics, assisted living facilities, resorts, motels, and professional office buildings.
Literally thousands of quality homes and commercial buildings have been built by Mod-U-Kraf during our three decades of operation.
Our production facility and corporate offices are located
in RockyMount, Virginia. We market our homes in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, North and South Carolina, eastern Tennessee, eastern Kentucky, northern Georgia, and Delaware
